Review: Contractor left kitchen renovation and floor installation not finished .Started the job on 01/**/2014 and told us on 03/**/2014 that he cannot finish the job and his business is closing. He left the kitchen and floor tile installation halfway done and did a lousy job . Floor tiles that they installed needs to be removed because it is not level and uneven. Edges of the tiles are sharp.Desired Settlement: They deserved the F rating, do not allow them to continue the business, compensation for making our living situation miserable,no kitchen up to the the present time.We are using the bathroom to wash dishes and food. My house is in complete disorder.

Review: The [redacted], [redacted], agreed to complete repairs with regard to work performed when renovating two bathrooms in our home. R & V also installed a product of inferior quality that was not agreed upon. After speaking with the [redacted], [redacted], he agreed to return and complete the required work. [redacted] never appeared on the appointed date and has not returned our calls or e-mails.Desired Settlement: Replace or repair the bathroom door, or refund the charges for installation, and complete the work on the shower stall (grouting, caulking, fixing/leveling the shower door).
