August 17, 2017Dear ***,*** *** bought new tires from R Tires R U on 5/27/However, if she was having a faulty valve, the valve was not purchased through my company, Therefore, we will not take responsibility for the valve*** *** has manufacture warranty on tho tires she
purchased on 5/27/However, the valves are as well not included in the warranty, When *** *** arrived at R Tires R U on 8/10/17, the business was already closed and garage doors was down, left early due to a surprise birthday dinnerAnother customer car the right before *** *** has arrived in which explained to both customers I am closing early and I will not be able to assist them until the next business day*** *** was not very satisfied with my response, She started to become verbally aggressive, so I got into my car and left, I do apologize on my business behalf on not being able to assist *** *** on 8/10/I do not sell refurbished tires, have proof of purchase when bought and sold *** *** new tires on 5/27/2017, do not comprehend on what *** *** desired outcome is because if the valve had the issue and not the tire itself then it will not fall under my company responsibility to refund *** ***If the tire has the issue then it will fall under tho manufacture warranty if met the requirements,Sincerely yours,R Tires R U
