R T Turf Maintenance

Two years ago we decided to begin to use a professional lawncare service to save my husband's timeWe chose RT Turf based on being the lowest cost and the end product from a neighbor using them looked just fineWe paid for cutting and lawn treatments for weeds and fertilizingI'd say half way into the first season, the lawn wasn't looking as good in terms of increased weeds as compared to when my husband did it himselfSo we mentioned this to Rick and attempts were made to decrease the weeds, but it just didn't help But they seemed to be actually tryingBut it got worseWe figured they just needed more time to get used to our yard or something, giving them the benefit of the doubtWe then paid $1,dollars for the same service plus a couple extra weed and fertilizing treatments for and this entire season has been even worse! We have tons of weeds all over and were told, when we do hear back after complaining, that they've done everything and nothing more can be doneWe sustained damage to the grass by their mowers spinning up the grass leaving bare spots, the mowers hitting the deck posts and removing chunks of wood and just overall very poor service considering we started to depend on the pros and our yard went from being one of the most beautiful in the neighborhood to being one of the worstWe sold our lawn mower and now they won't cut unless we pay more to finish the season! WOW! Need I say more? My husband and I are both sorely disappointed in RT Turf and definitely do not recommend them to anyone unless you want your yard to look deplorable fast! Now we have to search for another professional lawn service or buy another lawn mower and take the time to get the yard back to how it used to be which will take a lot of time after what's been done to it
