R & S Towing, Inc.

Review: R and S towing has on several occasions, recovered Equipment owned by Uhaul that was either in an accident or stolen from us. Instead of notifying us that they have recovered equipment, they tow it back to their tow yard and hold on to it for 30 days, then present us with a bill for storage. They have charged us up to $48.oo per day.

We have instructed them several times that when they recover Uhaul trucks, to inform us immediately. The storage lot is located right next door to us. Actually, they pass in front of us to get there. Not only do they fail to inform us, they actually make sure to hide it in the very back of their lot, so we don't notice.Desired Settlement: Would like a full refund for impound storage fees. Amounts are as follows.

$1753.06 on 12-23-15

$1895.09 on 12-23-2015

$838.64 on July 28

Also, in the future, any impounded trucks should be dropped at Uhaul. Impound storage is not necessary.
