On April 04, 2018, MrFelipe G***'s son and fellow employee were supposed to do weed control services after removing yard debrisDuring the debris removal, the son ran into and destroyed our mail boxHe later poorly replaced the mail box on the wrong areaIt is our belief that the cheap mailbox replacement is now located on our neighbor's locationFelipe later explained that he would replace the mailbox properly to our standard expectations
Furthermore, it is now May 7, and the weeds have taken over our entire yard spaceThis was explained to Felipe who agreed to redo the weed control
On two occasions, Felipe failed to show up as promisedHe now refuse to return our phone calls
We are only asking that our mailbox be properly replaced and the weed control to be serviced as paid for, $
