Review: I was driving on Beltway on towards 45 getting ready to go thru the toll and the cement truck got it my lane and it was throwing rock and so I was trying to get in the left lane to get away and before I could the truck hit rocks on my window cracking it . It was a little after for and the traffic was high, I could not get a license plate or a truck # the truck was really filthy and should not have been on the road until it was clean. I did see the name of the company so I called and told Marie I think her name was and I told her what happened she said she will get with her insurance agency and I have a claim # [redacted], the lady called once and left me a message and the 1st time I called back not answer so I called again mind you they only called me once. and the time I got with her she said she is waiting to hear from the trucking company adn I have not had a call back until I called today 5-30-13 and her name is [redacted]. She said he mailed me a letter I never got. How in the world are you supposed to get truck number and license plate number when you can't see it, but I did call right away and told them.Desired Settlement: I would like a replacement window on my front windshield.
