Review: R&S automotive specialist installed a new motor into my 1967 [redacted]. Once R&S was complete with the project I needed to take it to another shop to fine tune the computer. When working on the fine tune of the computer and making the needed adjustments they found an issue and after diagnostic work they found the cam shaft was installed incorrectly causing the valves to hit the piston and a cold start/rich running issue. Vince the owner at R&S said he would do what he could to help me out with the issue but once the bill came for the the other shop with a labor charge of 1500 vince said I should have brought it back to him. To find the issue he would have needed to be able to tune the car and at that point the other shop had the car apart so I could not bring it back to him. He made a mistake however he is not take any responsibility for his mistake.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the cost of everything but the actual tune of the car which would include labor, and parts needed to fix the issue. This refund would equal 1500.
