The following customer was in our office to complete a vehicle transaction they informed one of the notaries of the current mileage on the vehicle the mileage was entered wrong in the systemThey have contacted our office to fix error we agreed to fix error and submitted documents to such error Meanwhile Penndot has rejected the paper work they want years inspection records to correct the errorCustomer was called and advised of Penndot decision they verbally abused me and my staff they threatened us with the Revdex.com and with there lawyerI am still going to fix error but they need to co-operate and they refuse to as they are the registered owner of the vehicle there is only so much I can do with out there co-operation and I will not tolerate verbal abuse from them next time I will call the cops and report them for harassment

I have initiated the paper work to finish the process for the customer since [redacted] has agreed to let us finish the process

We are a different company with different managers and employeesThis transaction was given to me Yolanda S*** to finish I had my employee Lynnette s*** call *** *** to come to the office in Allentown to assist in finishing the transaction since we had the title from the finance company**
*** was very rude to her and demanded a call from the owner and refused to come to the office as advised to finish the transactionThe owner was not calling him back that is why there are managers and employeesSince a week went by and we did not hear from nor did he stop by we sent the title back to the finance companyTwo weeks after I send the title back ** *** comes in our office being very rude and sarcastic to me and the staffWe unfortunately do not deal with customers who will not cooperate and disrespect the staff** *** needs to bring back the plate he was given by Mario and pick up a refund check and take his business else where we do not tolerate rude and disrespectful customers
