up on me then called back and admitted to my husband that his son had seen my husband pick up the trash.  He smarted off to my husband who asked him to apologize to me for calling me a liar.  We have been there before when they have pulled a gun.  I have also never pulled money out of anyone’s hand and act very professionally.  We have a no refund policy, as most of the trash services in the area have as well.  They always have a whole lot of trash and we have a 4-30 gallon bag or 7 tall kitchen trash bags a week limit.  It is supposed to be $1.50 per extra bag.  They have gone over every week and have never paid this extra fee.  Their trash was always nasty.  At one point he refused to pay me until my husband actually put the trash in the truck.
