WE just reached an arbitrated settlement with these peopleThey did have a hr notice to vacate for non-payment, but refused to sign a new lease or ther 6-month or month-to-monthWe cant have a tenant without a lease, so we issued a 60-day no lease evictionThey initially
agreed to be out by 10-12-15, but their plans for alternative housing didn't workoutSo they stayed until 11-15-without paying rentWe were forced to file court action, where they agreed they owed over $in binding arbitrationWe have a payment plan in placeTheir complaints are groundless, based solely on their desire to avoid paying their rent.
