Review: An agreement was made for this business to design, produce, and distribute Postcards advertising my dental practice.[redacted], the business[redacted], asked to be paid up front for a special price. The price and timeline for completion was agreed upon and [redacted] was paid prior to services rendered. The business did not complete the services in a timely fashion. He completed all of the production of the postcards, but only delivered half. Several weeks after our agreed upon timeline, I asked to receive the 2nd half of the postcards so that I could take care of delivery myself. Part of the agreement included postage required for delivery. [redacted] agreed to refund postage for the 2nd half of the postcards. I have NOT received a refund from him. I have made several attempts myself and through private legal counsel to have this issue resolved.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund in the amount of $445.38 from R & R printing. This amount was prepaid as part of our deal, and I had to pay this again to get the cards delivered.
