The finished project looks great. The two gentlemen that did the work were very cordial and worked quickly. The actual project took 4 hours.
However it took 4 1/2 months from the time of the down payment until the project was completed. The project was installing 8 (ultimately 7) steps on our backyard hillside. We were told the reason for the delay was the wet weather which would cause the heavy equipment to tear up our card too much. That may have been a valid excuse in April, May and mid-June, but the ensuing 8 weeks were very dry. And as it turns out there was quite a bit of damage to our yard just the same. We never spoke to the owner after the day he visited our property to determine the quote.
This was an incredibly frustrating experience as we were looking forward to using the steps all summer to access the amenities in our community. Ultimately we are satisfied with the results, but not the process.
