Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:  I have received a phone call on Friday, May 27th saying that my canopy had arrived.  I am arranging to have it installed on Saturday, June 4th, so responding now is premature.  Having said that, my original issue was that I was told, at the time of purchase, that it would be seven days from order to delivery.  That apparently was inaccurate.  Had I Ben told 6 weeks, I could have made a decision as to whether I wanted to wait that long, which I most likely would have been willing to do.  In the additional phone calls that were made by me to the business, I was never told that it would be 4-6 weeks and I would be called when it arrived.  Had that occurred, it would have prevented unnecessary calls and provided me with a time frame.  The response from the business would lead me to conclude that the business feels this is my issue and not theirs, so I am not satisfied with their service to date.  Perhaps my experience with the scheduling and installation of the canopy will be great, which is all I expect from the business at this  point.Sincerely,[redacted]

We have called the manufacturer and they said they would deliver it on Wednesday.  We are just waiting for delivery.  We call people thw same day the delivery comes.  I am sorry he feels this way but I have talked to him already.  Thank you.
