Regards, I have already provided the information your business has requested. It was provided by phone and in person. I will be glad to provide the vehicle information to you in writing. It's a [redacted]. The vehicle is parked 15 feet from the doors of your repair shop. It is in plain sight through the shop window of your business office. If your business does not tow or do repairs without authorization as you stated. You would have a work order. These are details why I am not satisfied with this resolution. This is no resolution. This is a run around and it will continue to be, so let's proceed.
