R. R. Mann Fencing

Review: I contacted Mann's Fencing in Feburary of 2012 to repair a fence downed by a tree. I had them complete an estimate and prior to ordering the quanity of replacement fence. I notified them that part of the fence they included in their estimate was actually still intact. My husband marked the damaged fence,the difference about six or seven foot difference.When the job was complete we were billed for the full estimated length. Mr. Mann became very agressive and began to suggest creative measuring to maintain his original estimate. It was very easy to distinguish the new shiney fence from to previous fence.Secondly, the fence was installed too high and small dogs could easily escape, or strange animals could enter the yard. I reported this problem to Mann's fencing Mr. Mann stated that the dirt had washed out causing the difference in height. There had been no significant rain during this time. Mr. Mann stated that he came by the house to examin the query regarding the height discrepency on a day that I was home all day. I do not like to be lied to, and would NOT recomend this business to anyone. I paid the bill because we have jobs and do not want to lose time in court over 100.00.Desired Settlement: I would like an adjustment on the bill. I am protesting this matter within twelve months.
