R-R Landscaping & Irrigation

Review: The owner of this company delivered a service that was sub par, not placing irrigation in the specific areas we identified. After cutting a gas line and assuring us he'd take care of the repair, that did not happen. We urged him to follow up to inspect be sure the backflow was working property as we were getting sand and dirt from the house faucets, Angel, the owner and lead installer, said via text, "the backflow is working I don't know how you figure it's not". His prices kept changing during the pre installation phase even up to the day of the install. He cashed our check within hours of receiving it and we haven't heard from him since. We had to pay to get the gas line repaired. Had to adjust the fixtures on the downspouts as what R&R installed was function but not cosmetically what we expected. Still have yet to have any stations on the west side of house like we specifically asked.Desired Settlement: We respectfully request reimbursement for the cost of the gas line repair and would like others to know about the miss dealings and sub par work of this company.
