Review: Complaint is twofold.Firstly, [redacted] was supposed to correct multiple low areas on an existing patio where standing water was collecting which was still under his warranty. His crew worked on it, but no improvement to the puddles.Secondly, a new installation of paver stones were not properly graded; rain water should run off into the lawn NOT backup towards the house, collect in the irrigation valve box or against the raised flowerbed. An interlocking paving system is compromised with standing water.I noticed this problem during a heavy spring rain, hence phoned [redacted] on two separate occasions--June 18 and again on June 20. My message explained the problem and asked him to return my call and state his intentions on fixing the problem. As of this writing, no response from [redacted].Desired Settlement: Please return my calls and let me know when you intend to come back out and fix the problem to our satisfaction. Guarantee your work.
