I am happy to report that all of my complaints were handled [redacted] T [redacted] personally came to my house, the problems were noted, and the problems with the stone facing, the door and the hearth were all remedied today (Jan 18th) The fireplace now looks as I had envisioned, and I do appreciate his diligence (and that of the installation crew) to "get it right" The installation crew worked for over hours to make sure everything was okay.I am now completely satisfied with the fireplace Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted] ***

Customer is having a custom direct vent gas fireplace installed, which requires multiple steps and requires township inspectionsWe are at the last phase of the job and awaiting her custom granite surround to be finished at the fabricatorIt will be ready for installation
next weekThe fireplace, venting, gas line, electric and custom wood mantel are already in her homeI have spoken with *** *** yesterday (who was pleasant and understanding) and we set several installation day options as soon as the granite is ready.Thank you,Alan
We have met with the customer at her home to discuss the several issues she had with the fireplace refacing work provided and we have a plan in place to correct.Overall, *** likes the new fireplace and I am confident we can make her totally satisfied
