Review: R&R Home Solutions owned by [redacted] gave me a bid on a job to tear down front deck railing, build and replicate with new railing. His girlfriend who claimed to be his wife at that time [redacted] drew up the contract as we had agreed on a price. He had been given a considerable amount in advance deposit and at time of tearing down all railings was given another amount to cover half of what contract asked for. The remaining quarter was to be paid at start of reinstall and last quarter due upon completion. Contract signed 10/13/2014 and to be completed on or before 10/24/201.

He has never shown up for the job. Left it with no safety railing as someone could fall from second floor. Has continually lied about showing up and not be there. Have given him every opportunity to make this right. Las phone communication he stated would pay all money back and bring the old wood decking back. He has never done this. I have no other choice to but to file a complaint with Revdex.com and proceed to the courts. He fraudulently and actively drew up a contract in order steal my money. He is a dishonest business person and should be bared from his contractors license to operate in the state of Montana. He was paid with cash and check. I hold receipt for both.Desired Settlement: Would be for him to step forward and make good on his statement of paying me back every dollar he took from me.

Have his Contractors license revoked from state of Montana
