R & R Home Improvement

For two weeks I have been trying to reach someone at R&R Homes to discuss a front porch foundation issue with a home they built. I contacted R&R on 15 Jul, 20 Jul, 22 Jul, 25 Jul and 29 Jul, and was repeatedly told that someone would be getting back to me. I stated that I didn't believe my issue was covered under warranty, but wanted to discuss repair options. I am very disappointed in their product service, and would not recommend this builder or their homes to a prospective buyer.
