Also doing business out of Solon/Delray Florida. Hired to construct wooden fence around patio at my townhouse. cost of $4200. Wood quickly deteriorated/delaminated. Blamed problem on quality of wood from Home Depot. Was never given cost of this wood. Property manager @Condo association provided written affidavit. Went to small claims court in Willoughby, defendant did not appear. Did win judgment in my favor for this poor workmanship but doubt if will see any payment. Basically this firm took my money and "ran". Very poor followup. Overpriced service, poor quality and lack of responsibility to follow through. Extremely unprofessional.
