On 9/27/I contracted RHH for major remodel of my home to include new roof, new gutters, new sky lights, new windows with frames and window sills and new sliding glass door totaling over $10,I worked very closely with Bob H*** whom I have been advised is the owner of this companyWithin months of the job being completed the kitchen sky light began to leakRHH has been out to my home on a regular basis a couple times a year every since to correct the leak issueOn 4/20/I contacted RHH at 11:40am and 1:05pm leaving messages for Bob H*** due to sky light was leaking again and water damage to kitchen ceiling again due to leak and water stains between panels of glass in windowsI spoke with Bob H*** at 3:24pm and he advised me that he would have a crew out on 4/21/to replace sky light with a different model due to the model he installed has leak issuesHe also advised that he would be going out himself to inspect windows to start warranty claim with wind
