Complaint[redacted], the owner, was given $500 downpayment. He has not done the job and has not returned the $500.We gave [redacted] $500 to hold a spot in the queue of spring concrete work. We have only been able to contact him one time and we asked him to return our downpayment [redacted] He told us he would get back to us and of course has not returned any of our 20 phone calls. Desired SettlementWe would like our $500 dollars returned.
