Mr *** purchased a vehicle from a local car dealer with no warranty in July R & R Certified Auto did not sell Mr *** the car. My shop worked on the vehicle months after the purchase. He stated it was not running properly and was upset that it wasn't running as he
hoped. My shop does work for the local dealer therefore *** *** and Mr *** agreed to make Mr *** happy we would diagnose the car and do the repairs at no charge to him for the labor and he would pay for the parts. The car returned again and once again no charge for Labor and he would pay for parts. The car left in running condition and Mr *** seemed happy with the repair We were not notified of the car having issues until April 13, two months later when we received a notice in the mail. I feel we went above and beyond for Mr *** in doing these repairs that were needed at the time for his vehicle
