Review: This contractor installed a new tile shower. The shower was constructed so water will eventually leak into the ceiling below. The contractor used green board and not cement board on the shower walls. There was no rubber backing running up the wall from the floor. The curb did not have rubber backing running over the top. The shower floor does not slope into the drain leaving standing water on the floor. The curb was not sloped into the shower so water leaks under the shower door. There was no caulking around the edges. The tile was not properly sealed. This contractor also sided our house. The siding is falling off of the house. The contractor used scrap pieces of trim to trim out one of the doors. The contractor put the screen door handle on upside down. The new front door that was installed has a steady stream of air blowing into the house around the edges.Desired Settlement: I would like this contractor to pay for someone else to come in and tear out the shower and redo it properly. I would also like this contractor to pay someone else to reapply the siding to my house and retrim the door.
