Review: My name is [redacted] owned a business as a sole proprietor. He passed away in June, 2013 and the business folded. This RR Beach and Associates is a collection company that has been harassing me over some debt through the business. My Dad's estate is being handled by his wife. A claim should be made on the estate instead of calling me everyday threatening legal action. I have no control over any assets he had through that business. I've asked them to quit calling to no avail.Desired Settlement: I'd like for this company to quit contacting me and threatening legal action against me every day.

"The sons name was [redacted], he's the one who signed the contract and dealt with my sales rep through ad copy, etc. Personal guarantee by [redacted] paid for a while, then stopped paying, had to cancel the contract sometime through it, then made small payments every couple of months. They closed their leland location but still have a location in Shallotte."

We have left several messages but have had no success to speak to anyone to resolve this matter. If we need to be in contact with someone else regarding this debt, it would be appreciated if [redacted] could provide us with that information.
