We are very disappointed to see this complaint about
maintenance items *** and *** hadReal Property Mgt staff spoke to
*** the day of this complaintReal Property Mgt has taken care of all
maintenance issues at the home the ***’s resided atWe have been notified
by
maintenance staff that everything and all issues were taken care of* in
turn gave approval that everything is fixedMicrowave and Dishwasher was
replacedThe fridge was stated by *** *** that it is below freezing and
is working fineWe have made sure everything and all maintenance issues were
taken care of in a timely mannerUnfortunately the first maintenance guy that
went out to ***’s home did not complete the work he told Real Property Mgt
he completedTenant’s signed the lease agreement to accept the home “as is”We
pride ourselves in taking care of owner’s properties as if they were our own we
made sure *** was taken care of right after Real Property Mgt found out the
first maintenance guy did not complete the necessary work at propertyAll
request as of November 21, have been taken care of
