this issue. We found that the homeowners house was not level and the low side was opposite from the downspout we installed. We suggested adding another downspout to the low side but the homeowner did not want to due to a deck on that side. We thought the gutter would look unsightly lowered 3"'due to its proximity to the fascia. This was discussed with the homeowners. They are absolutely right that we did not follow up the way we should have from that point on.
