We use R&M for our business with consistently great results My home ac went out on a very hot August day I called Robert He came right away and worked in the evening darkness to get the unit cooling But it was an old ac unit and I decided to go ahead and replace it with a new heat pumpa York Affinity Robert picked up the new unit and arrived at my house early in the morning He worked all day long (until pm) to get everything properly installed and cooling He came back the next morning to check everything and fine tune the unit It cools great and is super quiet Robert knows his stuff plus he is dependable and honest (very rare combination these days)

R&M replaced my old system with a SEER Goodman and I am very satisfiedRobert and his technician were prompt, professional and knowledgeable as well as being responsive and honestBased on these attributes, I will continue to use R&M
