They sanded led based paint and used a fan to blow the dust into other rooms in the house. They collected paint chips on a tarp and then dumped tarp in our back yard. The dumped a full ashtray of cigarettes butts into the ferns next to the house. They cleaned oil based paint brushes and dumped the thinner and paint on our lawn. Whenever I tried to talk to them they muttered things under their breath as soon as I turned away.
