Review: I bought a reconditioned washer and dryer was told they both work. 90 day guarantee.moved and hooked up late feb. not 90 days gone by yet. housing had to hook up for a 4 prong plug not provided. now they won't fix the problem or call me back, used this washer 3 times since end of feb. then it stopped. I paid 150.00 for this washer.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for this washer. they lied and moved from west main st. to woodford ave. plv. but I did find them. I have my receipt.

Review: I PURCHASED A REFRIGERATOR FROM R&M APPLIANCES ABOUT 3 MONTHS AGO AND IT HAS GIVEN ISSUES (FREEZER DOESNT WORK) SINCE THE FIRST MONTH. EVEN THOUGH IT IS STILL COVERED UNDER THE GUARANTEE, THE COMPANY HAS REFUSED OR FAILED TO MAKE THE REPAIRS NEEDED. I NEED TO GET THIS TAKEN CARE OF ASAP AS THIS FRIDGE IS USED BY A TENANT AND HAS BEEN GIVING ME A LOT OF ISSUES.Desired Settlement: I EITHER WANT THIS TO BE REPAIR PROPERLY OR I WANT MY MONEY BACK. IF THE TENANT STARTS DEDUCTING MONEY FROM MY RENT, I WILL ALSO LIKE TO INCLUDE THAT AMOUNT IN THE SETTLEMENT.
