Review: I contracted Mr. Lawson in March of 2014 to replace bifold doors in a bedroom. One of the doors was installed improperly. It is not level and the doors do not close properly. I notified Mr. Lawson immediately about the problem and he agreed to repair the door. After numerous phone calls and emails and promises by Mr. Lawson to come back to repair the doors the last 2.5 months he has not completed the work. He was paid in full the day he originally installed the doors. All my attempts to contact Mr. Lawson in the past month have been ignored.Desired Settlement: Mr. Lawson guaranteed his work. He was paid in full for work that he did not complete. I will now have to hire someone else to repair his faulty work. Since Mr. Lawson did not complete the work as promised, I would request a refund for the labor charges in the amount of $275.
