We were quoted that it would be for 4-hours of work They sent individuals who had husband sign a contract They did not leave a copy of the contract My husband said he’d be gone for an hour They stated verbally it would e minutes per register We have registers They were done in minutes Now we are being told we will be taken to court if we don’t pay the full amount This is a scam organization and the value delivered does not match negotiated service
Had a wonderful experience working with this company Andrew from Aspen was very helpful, honest, and patient with me and my mother She is years young and has never cleaned her ducts After calling a handful of companies I spoke with Andrew and felt the most comfortable hiring Aspen I am glad that I did! The two technicians that showed up did an awesome job, but were here a little longer than they expected because there was more vents than I originally told them on the phone and they did not add anything to the bill! I will be using them again in a few years for sure!
