Review: In June 2010 I had r&l home improvements tear off and replace my roof. At this time I just had numerous surgeries. I have been unable to go on my roof to look at the job and still can't due to my disabilities. Since then I have called numerous times to complain about leaks. I have yet to be called back. Last week I had another contractor look at my roof I showed him my written contract with a 10 year warrantee. After he looked at my roof he advised me that the flashing was not replaced as per the contract. In fact the contractor just placed a piece of copper on my chimney to look like it was replaced. He stated that the contractor R&L home improvements needs to come back and do it right or I will continue to get leaks.Desired Settlement: I would like all my flashing replaced correctly as per my contract and the leaks repair I need him to do this ASAP since I am getting damage inside my house.
