We are looking into glass that has a better STC value then what he has currentlyWe do not do storm windows , in which he is referring to as an extra pane of glassOnce the manufacturer notifies me of a better option for this customer I will notify him with the detailsIf he would rather go with
a different company at this point I would like to know what amount of refund he thinks is sufficient.
