Walked in and everything went well, and was told I was approved for a vehicle and given the keysSpoke to the finance bank on the phone and was told everything had gone throughGot called by R&L a week before my first payment and told I had to bring the car back, because the bank didn't approve usHad to take all my belongings out of the vehicle, and left with no vehicle to get homeAsked for refund and was told it would take a week for my funds to be sent to my bankIts been a week, so spoke to Charles one of the managers and he told me the companies bank was at $due to all the refunds they were giving back to other customersMy mother also purchased a vehicle a week before meHad to go back times to redo the contract, because of so called discrepancies on their partThen called back that she had to return her vehicle as wellSeems like I wasn't the only person being scammed by this so called BUSINESS

Got called by R&L a week before my first payment and told I had to bring the car back, because the bank didn't approve us. Had to take all my belongings out of the vehicle, and left with no vehicle to get home. Asked for refund and was told it would take a week for my funds to be sent to my bank. Its been a week, so spoke to Charles one of the managers and he told me the companies bank was at $0 due to all the refunds they were giving back to other customers. My mother also purchased a vehicle a week before me. Had to go back 3 times to redo the contract, because of so called discrepancies on their part. Then called back that she had to return her vehicle as well. Seems like I wasn't the only person being scammed by this so called BUSINESS.
