Deposit was given for shower glass, the work was never done or deposit return

On 11/29/2019 a deposit for the amount of $475 was given to Rick *** the owner of R&K glass professionals for custom shower glass, 12/12/2019 was the scheduled installation date.
*** did not show on the agreed upon date and gave excuse after excuse as to why he couldn't install the glass, I have recently found out he has done this to multiple people in my area for thousands of dollars. As of the date of this complaint *** will not respond and refuses to give a refund.
