Review: RJ Staso installed two new furnaces and one new AC in my home. During the installation, his crew cut an electrical line to a ceiling light. I discovered the light was not working and seen the wire hanging behind the furnace. After many calls and months they finally sent a service tech out who put a hole in my plastered wall and was unable to fix it. He stated they would need to send an electrician out which has not happened. Once again I have been calling continuously and still no electrician has been sent.Desired Settlement: Fix the light and the hole in the wall please.
