Review: I went into the nail salon to get my nail done. The manicure was $14.99 and the remove of the old nail ceramic was $5.00. When the man finished doing my nail he charge me $23.00. I asked him what is the three dollar extra for. He stated it was for the shape of my nail. I said that no one charge extra for the shape of a nail. My nails are natural round. He tell me if they were square it would not be any charge. I tell him that if you would have told me that it would be $3.00 extra for filing my nail I would not have got my nail done. Plus nobody charge $3.00 for filing your nail when you are getting the manicure, filing is included with a manicure. There is no sign up there stating filing is extra. I paid the three dollars so that I would not cause a problem in the store. I feel that I have been cheated out of $3.00 and that was not right for a business to be during to customer. And I would like my money back because I think they are over charging people. Also the place is not clean and they use the same instrument on all customerDesired Settlement: I would like my $3.00 refund for services that was already included with the price. And for that place to be in health code for personal care.
