Our standard service call is $We got on the roof and it appeared evident that was where the leak was coming fromI used tubes of GSLThe price we charged is standard price with any companyI told her there was a tuck-pointing issue and never told her the issue would be completely resolved by caulking the areaShe called a few months later and said she was having issues againI told her I would be happy to come back out and take another lookShe told me she already had the issue fixed by another companyAt this point there is nothing else I can do, I offered to re-inspect the issue, but she denied that and I did what I could at the timeAgain, I never told her the issue would be completely resolved based on our service call
