by caulking the area. She called a few months later and said she was having issues again. I told her I would be happy to come back out and take another look. She told me she already had the issue fixed by another company. At this point there is nothing else I can do, I offered to re-inspect the issue, but she denied that and I did what I could at the time. Again, I never told her the issue would be completely resolved based on our service call.
