Thank you for bringing this situation to my attention, I have been a technician for years and I am ASE certified and have been working with Mrs*** since January and can account for at least four separate service repairs on her Oldsmobile and I appreciate this opportunity to
clarify any concernsMrs*** last service visit with me was October 16, and her vehicle was brought to me running very rough, I diagnosed that it was the harmonic balancer which can cause rough engine vibrations, a cracked crankshaft, or even a serpentine belt that gets thrown off its track and all these items can leave the vehicle completely disabled if not taken care of I replaced the part and repaired her vehicle and when she picked it up it was fully operational The only concern that was presented after the repair was that she was unable to pay for the services rendered on the agreeed upon date and although this had happened many times prior, I worked with her to make the payment date accommodating to her budget and date schedule With a vehicle of years old and out of production with the manufacture, it will need continuous maintenance and repairs to keep it running efficiently, I released Mrs*** vehicle running and operating as it should for its age and condition I will stand behind my workmanship and defctive parts; however with a complaint coming in, months from the repair date, I am unable to committ to any reimbursements for her services renderedIf you have any further questions please contact me directly at ###-###-####, I appreciate this opportunity to conclude this concernSincerely, *** *** R & J Automotive *** *** *** *** Surprise, AZ
