Our response to that complaint is as follows: We apologize for the inconvenience and troubles that this issue has caused. Though we have every unit control inspected and treated prior to new move in, we understand that this was a hard time. As a courtesy we will be refunding the
two-months’ worth of rent. In the meantime, I would like to note that the DBA for this property is *** *** *** *** ***, LLC, not R.investments I hope that upon receipt of payment this matter will be resolved Please let me know if there are any questions Thanks and have a great day ***

I am rejecting this response because: First, *** *** told me that *** *** will be mailing out the check during the week of October which she did not. After sending another e-mail to *** *** asking about the where a bouts of the check she told me that *** told her she mailed it out on November 10th which AGAIN she did not. Now after reading the reply from *** she sent to the Revdex.com she mailed the check (#2253) on Thursday, November 16th 2016? I want to keep this complaint open until I get this so called check # in my hand. If I DO NOT have this check in my hand by Friday November 25th I WILL be contacting members of the EXECUTIVE team at R-Investments about how badly I have been treated by ***, ***, *** and ***. I will send them the page letter I wrote while still living in that discusting filthy apartment complex and explain in great detail what I have been going through. I am pretty sure the President and vice President of R-Investments will do something more to resolve this issue in a more timely manner than any of the people mentioned above. And by the way ***....no I will not stop until this is made right by someone at R-investments. I want this issue to be made public because I am pretty sure this has happened to more people than just me
