Royal Hawaiian Adventure Inc is the home office for our time share at the Royal Kuhio Resort in Honolulu HIThe Vancouver address is where we send our yearly duesIf I phone the number supplied to me by the Royal Kuhio, there is a recording, but no chance to leave a messageThey refer callers to their websiteThe problem is that they refuse to respond to my request for spacebank dates so that I can do an exchange into RCIIn the over years we have been owners, this has never happened, and I am quite concerned Rules specify that they have "up to weeks" to asign dates It has now been weeks since my first requestThe Royal Kuhio staff just says that they can't do anything but wait, and that other owners are also very upsetWhat can I do to make sure I still have access to my resort time and RCI exchanges?
Wondering if either of you have had any response from them? We haven't received any response to our inquiries either.
Were you ever able to get a hold of them? I too have my timeshare through Royal Hawaiian Adventure Inc. Seems they are totally out of business. I can't get a hold of anyone. Wanting to reserve a week for 08/2021.
