Review: I contracted with R and H Gorr to have foundation work done, a driveway and to create a pond as outlined in orange tape and agreed to. The pond was done about half the size it was originally agreed to and after 2 years worth of promises to come back to enlarge it when the ground was harder, when the weather was better, after multiple calls, emails and a letter from my attorney the work was still not completedDesired Settlement: complete the pond to the size originally agreed upon
