I'm very sorry you had to go to such extreme measures to get your issues with us resolved I do know we had provided a strong/reliable service for you for over years I hate to admit that this is the first time I have read this email During this time frame I was dealing with my father who was ill at the time & small children At the same time we had both of our large trucks go in for major repairs at the same time that took about a month to get taken care of Being a small/family ran business we did not have enough employees on hand to take care of all of our clients the way that they should be and the way we expect This is no excuse for the poor service you experienced Please except our apologies.I have placed check # [redacted] in the amount of [redacted] in the mailbox today You should receive this check by the end of this week.Thank you for your many years of loyalty to our company We greatly appreciated your business and are truly sorry for the way our business together had to end.Sincerely, [redacted]

Thank you for your email. Sandridge Disposal has never contacted me about any of my concerns. They do not pick up the phone or answer emails, and it appears that they are doing the same to you. I guess I’m on my own, then? Don’t know how to resolve the issue if they won’t
