Thank you for your message regarding [redacted] P was able to confirm that he called in and spoke to one of our Customer Experience Group agents on April 14, [redacted] was requesting that we send him a replacement hand pendant for his lift purchased from our dealer, Superior Van & Mobility, on 8/1f [redacted] was advised that hand pendants are not covered under the BraunAbility limited warranty[redacted] was referred to a BraunAbllity dealer to purchase a replacement pendant, as we do not direct sell to end customers; our parts are only attainable through our dealer network.Although the hand pendant is not a warranty covered Item we are willing to make a one-time exception as a customer satisfaction and send a hand pendant out since he believes It was damaged when he received his lift in In order for us to assist with this, [redacted] will need to route his request through Superiorvan & Mobility (or another authorized dealer) and they will need to order the part for himHe can reference case $with Superior Van & Mobility and they will be able to contact our call center to confirm that this exception has been approved.Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.Sincerely, Elaine [redacted] Customer Experience GroupManager ph: [redacted]

Thank you for contacting BraunAbility regarding Mr. [redacted].  The part that is needed for his van is the entire ramp assembly. This is a custom-made part based on the type of conversion.  This ramp assembly is not something that we carry in stock. It is rare that someone would need...

an entire ramp assembly replaced.  We usually only replace a couple of complete ramp assemblies a year. The parts needed for the ramp assembly are made once an order is placed.  I called and talked to the dealer ([redacted]) that ordered the part for him and they explained the time frame to Mr. [redacted] at the time of the order.  I have checked the order status.  The order was placed on 2/13/2018 the parts are still being made that are needed to put the ramp assembly together.
