Worst customer service from Tracy and Barbara! After complaint over the phone they sent a letter stating we needed to find a new agent (which we had already done)Very unprofessional and lack communication skillsTracy never seemed to know what she was doingThey always acted like it was a hassle to help you, we were taking up their time kinda thingNever gave us that feeling of them WANTING to helpBarbara started a phone conversation bad mouthing the roof inspector we used, which she was unaware is a family friendI let her speak her mind then told her how offended I was that she spoke like that about him and whether I knew the guy or not no professional should speak the way she didAfter that I told her how displeased we were with their services and unprofessional conduct from the get goWe always had had complaints about their services but just dealt with it until this situation happenedApparently after a complaint they just tell you to find a new agentBeware! Very difficult people to work with! One of those agents who is just out for the money and not your well being
