Review: I called the business to originally get parts to fix my dryer. The company stated they would be in the area and could drop them off as I live in a small town 30 minutes from the business. I agreed and they delivered the parts, I paid $66.00 in cash. I later decided to just have the business fix my dryer and called to set an appointment, they were over an hour late and said my parts were not the right ones to fix my dryer and would have to come out the next day with the right part. The business did not show up the next day and I had to call them to find out what was going on. They then explained that they needed to order the part and would be there the next day. They came out the next day and installed the part and told us the problem was fixed they exchanged the original parts I purchased from them ( a $66.00 value) and took $50.00 in cash for the cost of the repair. I ran a load in my dryer and the dryer stopped working, it was the same problem as before, no heat. I called and explained my frustration as they had not fixed the dryer and needed them to come and fix it. They said they would be out at 10:00 am next day but from that point on they never returned or answered any of my calls regarding the issue. I am out $116.00 and still no working dryer with no communication to resolve the issue.Desired Settlement: I want my money back as they did not fix the problem and are unwilling to contact me regarding the issue. I would also like to see them not take advantage of any other persons looking to fix things.
