Since filing the claim [redacted] contacted me ([redacted] ) twice on [redacted] once at 8:43 AM and again at 3:39 PM. He contacted [redacted] once at 3:45 PM. We returned [redacted] call each time but had to leave a voicemail for [redacted]. We will attempt to follow up with [redacted] today or tomorrow.
